Gráinne Rice

Gráinne graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law in June 2020.

Gráinne joined Worthingtons Solicitors in June 2021 as a Legal Executive, within our busy Employment Law department in our Belfast office. Throughout her time at Worthingtons, Gráinne has gained invaluable experience assisting on a number of complex cases for both employers and employees at the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal, in a diverse range of disputes to include Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Public Interest Disclosure, Unlawful Deduction from Wages, Equal Pay and various Discrimination complaints.

Gráinne will commence her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in January 2023 and will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2024. She hopes to practice as an Employment Law Solicitor in the future.
