Celia is a consultant to the practice providing guidance and support to the commercial, corporate and charity teams. She has over 30 years’ experience in advising business owners in all matters including the legal aspects of business set up, buying and selling businesses, investment and shareholder agreements and distribution and franchise agreements. Celia has advised on numerous joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, acquisitions and management buy outs. Celia also advises charities in all aspects of charity law, sits as a trustee on the board of two local charities and was awarded a Royal Patron’s award in 2013 in connection with her involvement at board level on a local housing association.
