Aoife McCann

Aoife graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Law Degree in 2017. She then commenced her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2020.

Since qualifying, Aoife has practiced Family Law and has experience acting for clients in a wide range of complex family matters. Aoife has acted for multiple clients internationally to obtain Orders in respect of children. Aoife also regularly represents parents in both pre-proceedings and Care Order Proceedings. Aoife frequently advises clients through difficult separations and ensures they are fully aware of their financial entitlements and the Law surrounding same.
