We do offer a number of fixed fee services for straightforward uncontested matters.
Additional Court fees may apply during the course of any of the proceedings outlined above which will be advised if and when needs be. The professional fees are a general guideline and our family team will be able to discuss same further on foot of receiving instructions. The complexity and circumstances of each individual matter will be considered and discussed at initial consultation.
As we deal with each case on an individual basis, your particular circumstances may mean that it is not possible to conduct your case within the fee framework mentioned above. If the case is contested or protracted your fees will be charged on an hourly rate which will be clearly set out to you at the outset of your case.
We are committed to providing a transparent and cost-effective service and will keep you appraised regarding the issue of costs upon request throughout your case. We operate a flexible payment service and are happy to discuss this with you at any time.
In addition, we can also provide advice about whether you are eligible to apply for Legal Aid, to assist in covering the costs of your case.
